  • Ensures compliance through quality systems, audits, and corrective actions

  • Support risk management and project performance control
  • Drives continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

The Quality Direction defines, structures, and coordinates all activities required to ensure the overall quality of projects, products, and processes. It guarantees the effective application of management systems, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.

It is responsible for establishing, deploying, and monitoring quality assurance processes, conducting internal and external audits, and ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented. The Quality Direction works closely with project teams to identify risks, support risk management activities, and anticipate potential deviations in terms of performance, compliance, cost, or timelines.

In addition, it plays a key role in communication and coordination with customers and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment on quality objectives, and continuous satisfaction.

The Quality Direction also initiates, pilots, and coordinates continuous improvement and lean management initiatives. These projects aim to optimize processes, reduce waste, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve efficiency and reliability.
